ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§1 General provisions

  1. The Regulations contain rules for using the online store, making products available in the store, delivering products to customers, payment by the customer for product sales services, sending to the customer a withdrawal from the contract and rules for sending and approving complaints.

§2 Definitions

  1. Customer – ​​a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making purchases in the store.

  2. Consumer – ​​a natural person making a purchase not directly related to derivative activity.

  3. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – a natural person directly associated with their activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have an internet character for them.

  4. Regulations – making the document available.

  5. Store – an online service enabling placing clean orders.

  6. Product – a movable item available in the store that concludes a sales contract.

§3 Rules for using the store

  1. Using the store is possible, provided that the technical requirements are met:

    • device with internet access,

    • web browser supporting cookies.

  2. The customer is intended for use in an online store with internet access and good manners.

§4 Placing orders

  1. Orders can be checked via the store's website 24 hours a day.

  2. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by sale.

  3. Product prices are given in Polish zlotys and include taxes (if applicable).

§5 Payments

  1. The store offers payment methods:

    • traditional bank transfer,

    • electronic payments,

    • card payment,

    • other solutions available in the store.

  2. Implementation begins after payment is credited.

§6 Delivery

  1. Delivery of products occurring at the internet address by the Customer.

  2. Delivery costs are indicated when placing orders.

  3. The processing time is from... to... working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

§7 Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The consumer can be picked up within 14 days without delay.

  2. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from receiving the product.

  3. To access the right of withdrawal, the customer must be notified of their choice.

  4. Refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

§8 Complaints and guarantees

  1. The cabinet is stored in a product free from defects.

  2. Complaints can be made online or in writing.

  3. The complaint will be considered within 14 days.

  4. If the product is under warranty, information about it can be found in the product description.

§9 Personal data

  1. The administrator of personal data is the seller.

  2. Functional data is for the purpose of implementing the application with the use of law.

  3. Details can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§10 Final provisions

  1. The Regulations enter into force on the date of publication.

  2. The internal regulations have the right to change the Regulations.

  3. In unregulated applications of Polish law.
